I salivate over some photos that I find on Zenfolio, Flickr or DeviantArt, try to reproduce the same effect, fail to do it, get discouraged, then try it again some time later, manage to get close but not quite. It must be a familiar story to many of you. One important thing is that I have a lot of fun and manage to improve my skills with every failed attempt. And this is what matters in life after all - having fun and learning new things.
